About the event

Donate to our Youth Development Fund to purchase new race ski, race bips and support travel this season and in return enjoy a fabulous dinner together, celebrate our club with the best snapshots from the past season, and get back into a competitive mindset with our Nordic Quiz.

There several donation tickets available (Iron, Bronze, Silver and Gold), so make your choice in how far you are willing and able to support our young folks. If you cannot come or cannot make a donation on top of the food we still like you to join us. 

Any net margin after cost from this official club fund raising event will be contributed to bolster our Youth Development Fund. This will enable the club to make some important purchases to keep our race management and teams supported and competitive.

As a Thank You to all our supporters you will participate in spot prices for the best photo from 2023, a three course menu and Nordic Quiz. The Stoaker Room team have come up with a nice winter menu for that occasion. Please see more details below.

The menue will showcase fresh New Zealand cuisine prepared with the unique barrel cooking method The Stoaker is known for.

Warm Turkish bread with homemade dip and Ollie’s organic olive oil

Main Course

Beef rump with chimichurri sauce, Teriyaki chicken with Japanese mayonnaise, Pork belly with chipotle mustard and Salmon with pineapple salsa served with roasted carrots with maple, garlic and thyme roasted potatoes with herb aioli, along with a crisp green salad

Dessert

Mini carrot cake with cream cheese icing or Chocolate brownie with seasonal fruit coulis

    This ticket includes entry, menu and quiz for one person. Drinks are extra. If you wish to reserve a booth for six people, please book for six people. We will then allocate a booth according to your booking. Please note booths are limited so a booth cannot be guaranteed and will be allocated on a first come first serve basis.
